What happened to automatic field reorder?

As I recall, Acrobat Pro had a seamless (well, let's say easy) way to scan completed forms in the edit mode to reorder the field entry sequence.

I have a trial of the latest DC iteration and darned if that seems to have disappeared.

I refuse to pay the cost for a program that requires me to manually reorder dozens of fields, when I can purchase a non-Adobe program with similar,, if different, issues.

I have trolled the Web but the only clue is a "default" reorder option not included in the new version.

Where is it hidden? If gone, I am gone too.
