What Happened to My Account

I purchased ADOBE ACROBAT STANDARD DC, Annual Plan, prepaid at Best Buy on April 10, 2019 for two users.

Best Buy installed ADOBE ACROBAT STANDARD DC on 2 laptops (2 users).  The program is supposed to expire on April 10, 2020.  I am one of the users.

The program has been working fine for both users until this morning (October 8, 2019) when I could not longer open files in ADOBE or print Word files to ADOBE.  One of following two messages below pops up "Start your 7 day free trial of Acrobat DC" or "If you've made your purchase, get started now." When I Log In with my ADOBE password my account states there is no active software under my account.  When I click on "Active Sessions" I notice a computer from different locations (Houston and Spring, TX) appear to have accessed my ADOBE account.   I am nowhere near Spring or Houston.

I called ADOBE help at 408-536-6000 and left number for call back.  ADOBE called me back 1.5 hours later then put me on hold for 35 minutes - so I hung up.  Please help!!

Please explain the two users part. I hadn’t heard of Best Buy selling multi user Team software. Normal licenses may be used on two computers by ONE person only. Absolutely not splittable or shareable. If this is multi user software please tell us which license it is. We can’t gix it but this may inform your discussions with Adobe.
