What I want to do is send a link of the form for the recipient to fill in and print withot him having to go through numerous steps.... HELP!

You can put the file on a web site and send a link. Whether the recipient can fill it and print it, whether it's easy, depends on the software they have installed, including email app, system and browser. You need to be familiar with the most common ones of each of these to help them, you will be their tech support. Especially awkward on phones.
