What is going on with Adobe Charges?

Last year in October, the Adobe agent promised 3 months free, discounted price and persuaded me to extend. I agreed, but still charged the same amount. No free 3 months. Just the contract was extended, which leads me to pay the cancellation fee now.

@dr_myo_9030 First, I am not a customer agent, so I would have looked on adobe.com, and look at the plans to see what was extended or not. I  would have done this while chatting with the agent. When it comes to they said, I said, and there is no paper trail...well... it's kinda hard to do.

Typically, you only get a 7-day trial. And after that you have to pay for it. Why do you need to pay for it? Are you needing the extra security of the PDFs, e-signing?  If you are just viewing the PDFs and Printing them, then the free version of Reader is perfect for your workflow.

Thanks for pointing out. I have been using the Adobe for more than 5 years. I know the payment plan. I am regular customer. It just renew every year. But, last year, when I wanted to stop using it, but talked to the agent as the cancellation fee was high. And the above message happend. I have already talked to the agent and submitted the claim and canceled it by paying the cancellation fee. I am just sharing here so that if there is anyone monitoring (from the higher management at Adobe) this community board, they should look into it. My case is not isolated.

Hi @dr_myo_9030

Sorry about the experience. You can read more about Adobe subscription and cancellation terms here: https://adobe.ly/4istBNI and plan accordingly.
