What is the difference between 1.7 (Acrobat 8.x) and 1.7, Adobe Extension Level 8 (AcrobatX)

Hi there,

I found a problem on my PC when export PDF from indesign even if I use same security setting on Acrobat PRO with my friend, I always get

I always get the PDF version like this

While my friend one is like this

Please confirm if this is the same thing or how can you make it displayed as 1.7, Adobe Extension Level 8 (AcrobatX)

Ps. I'm using Acrobat Pro version 2024.002 | Window 11

It's not the same thing. Some features of the latter version will not work in versions before X of Acrobat or Reader.

Same with versions prior to 8 for the former.
