What is the difference between Adobe Community and Uservoice (acrobat.uservoice.com)?

Clicking "menu>>help>>share feedback" in Acrobat Pro will take me to acrobat.uservoice.com. What is the difference between that and Adobe Community? Where is a better place to go when I want to report software issues?
