Hello,

I'm wondering what the minimum security needed is to combine PDF documents together. I have enabled everything other than page extraction, i am not sure how to enable this, and still cannot combine pdfs.

What Document Restrictions are needed to be allowed in order to combine PDFs?

Am i right in thinking it CANT be password protected AT ALL if i want to combine pdfs?

Correct. But you can protected files as a portfolio.

I want to combine two pdfs into one pdf document. I'm not sure what i need to enable but its currently not working with the attached permissions:
