What product do I need to convert MHTML to PDF in Acrobat or ?

I have a ton of MHTML to convert to PDF and I can't find one of the options in Acrobat that seems to work.  Similarily I want to combine the files in a folder one of which is a PDF file into a single PDF and the combine function in Acrobat [the plain one not the Pro which I thought would do that but it won't convert.  I would love to batch these as I have a thousand or two of the above files/folders.
