What's up with Adobe?

1) I could not load my accounts page with Chrome or Safari (cleared cache) but had to use Firefox. 

2) It allowed me to download and attempt to install Acrobat Pro XI even though it has not been compatible with Mac for years. It just crashed my computer over and over. 

3) I don't get Acrobat *Pro* even though I pay $100/month for about 20 apps? 

4) I thought I was flattening with Acrobat only to find out you can't flatten with Acrobat pro so white does not turn transparent

5) The installation, with my new plan, is not going well...
