When editing a PDF.

So I click add text, write what ever. However the box it appears in is transparent, I need to make it a solid white colour. I cannot find an tool or selection  to do this.

This is using the latest/full version of adobe acrobat.

Thanks

Hi Miffycoral

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to add the text in the PDF and want to make its background a solid color.

Please try the following steps and see if that works:

  1. Open the PDF > Go to Tools > Comment.
  2. Select 'Add text box' from comment tool bar > Drag the mouse on the PDF where you want to draw the text box.
  3. Select the text box > Click on the dotted icon in the top right corner > Select 'Change Color' as shown in the screenshot:

Hope it will help

Regards

Amal
