When anyone share the pdf in WhatsApp and it started loading and again it is loading it repeating again and again what is the problem?

Please confirm whether the PDF keeps loading in WhatsApp or only after you try to open it in Adobe Acrobat.

As a troubleshooting step, please open the PDF directly in the Adobe Acrobat mobile app. From the app where you received the PDF, select the PDF and use the Open with, Share, or More options (the available options depend on your device/app), then choose Adobe Acrobat.

You can also open Acrobat, go to Files, select the location where the PDF is stored, and try opening the file from there.

If the PDF still does not open in Acrobat, please let us know:

• Whether this happens with one PDF or multiple PDFs

• Whether you're using Android or iOS

• What happens when you open the PDF directly in Acrobat, including any error message you see
