When did you start having to cancel free trial?
Ever since the dawn of time (CC), adobe free trials have simply run their course, and you couldn't access the program after it was over.
I tried Acrobat a few months ago, it ran out, and I moved on with my life. Now I have just noticed that I've been getting charged for it every month. When I went to cancel this, I they're threatening me with an early cancellation fee.
Since I just went through a free trial with InDesign a few months prior, without issue when it ran out - I wasn't suddenly charged, I'm confused as to why I suddenly started getting charged for Acrobat.
I need to speak with someone about getting this Acrobat sub cancelled without additional fees, as this is now how the system has ever worked (and I'm not in the US where this shadiness is acceptable behavior). Additionally, looking up how to speak to someone leads you into a circle of "click here for contact options" "click here to talk to someone" "click here for contact options" etc... forever, and no real humans.
Please help.
