When File contain Arabic Name give message

when i try to open file contained Arabic Name give me error message

Note: Files with English name working fine

What happens if you simplify the name for instance remove dashes from the date. I'm a Mac user, but I know that Windows would require to have the format in the name, so did you try adding .pdf at the end?

لو تبسط الاسم وتحذف الشخطة - في التاريخ او حتى تحذف التاريخ، لأنه بحسب تجاربنا ليس هنالك من مشكلة في جعل اسم البي دي اف بالعربية
