When I add 5 signers, 3rd signer shows up blank and the user doesnt get the email to sign doc.

Please confirm if this happens with a particular signer or any third signer on the document you send for signature.

Do other recipients receive the document for signature? Please share more details. 

It would be really helpful if you could share the screen recording for a better understanding.
