When I receive pdfs via email, I am unable to access them I am paying a monthly payment of $35.19.

When I receive pdfs via email, I am unable to open them. An Adobe screen comes up asking me to subscribe and then shuts the pdf down. I am already subscribed and paying $35.19 every month.

What do I have to do to access pdfs?
