when i try to download the app it says not connected to web to check connection, but i am connected to the web, it just wont work?

When i try to download the app it tells me I m not connected to web, to check my web connection. but i am connected to the web. so what is the problem?

Are you connected through a work network? If so, maybe it's being blocked

by its firewall, or something like that.
