When I try to download the package, it says it cannot find the Installer package.

The download says it cannot read my package. The download starts, it asks for the language I prefer, and after I answer, it says it cannot find the package or to check with the vendor to see if it is a valid Windows INstaller package. The link came from the Adobe Support Chat.

Sorry, this did not work either. It said that there was not enough space. I

appreciate your assistance on this while we try to figure out why it will

not download.

use the below link.  if you see the same problem, use a different browser.

Single user licensee downloadable installation files available:

Updates

  • Download and installation help for Adobe links

  • Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

And a big thank you to Jim @ Prodesigntools for helping me with these links!

Sorry, the same problem still occurs. The default in the download is on my desktop. Should I move it to my C drive?

did you use a different browser?

(and it doesn't matter where your dl the file AS LONG AS you have enough space for the file.)
