When I try to use fill and sign it brings up settings and not the document? How do I get back to the document?

Please describe your steps - I'm assuming you are using Acrobat or Reader and when you have a PDF form open you click the "Fill & Sign" tool on the right and this brings up some settings?  What settings are shown?  Are you on Windows or Mac, using Acrobat, Reader, or web browser?
