When I use a highlighter, it breaks between words.

As shown in the photo, When I use a highlighter, it breaks between words.

(especially when switching between Korean and English, or between letters and numbers)

I tried OCR again, but it's the same.

How can I continuously highlight between words without breaking?

    The highlight function highlights text. When there is no text, then there is nothing to highlight. I assume that when the PDF file was generated (or OCR’ed) one text string ends and another one starts with a gap between. I don’t think you can do anything about that.
