We are using Adobe Acrobat DC version 15.0.xxxxx on Windows 10 with Office 365 (2013). When we are trying to convert PPT file which includes graphs , it does not convert in PDF as accurate in PPT. Some title become blurr, some characters do cut.

Request support to resolve this issue.

We have tried this on multiple pcs , but getting same results.

There could be any number of issues that could cause the symptoms you describe.

You didn't say exactly how you were creating the PDF file, but generally, unless you are placing EPS graphics in the original PowerPoint file (very unusual these days), the most accurate and highest quality PDF file would be generated by using the Acrobat PDFMaker facility, i.e. Save as Adobe PDF. You would also most likely want to use the High Quality Print settings since that maintains highest resolution of raster graphics, live transparency, and embeds all fonts.

However, there might also be “issues” if you are using OLE-linked graphs and tables (typically from Excel) in your PowerPoint file. Those might not convert to PDF correctly and unfortunately, there isn't anything that Adobe can really do about that.

If you would like us to further assist you, we really need a sample PowerPoint file and the resultant PDF file you produced from that to determine what might be going on.

You can either post a link to such a file or send my a private note via the forums to such a link.

Hi Dov,

Thanks for replying.

We have tried every possible option to create pdf file means save as pdf, print to PDF but results are coming same. We have tried high resolution printing configuration too.

You are right we are using graphs from application called FactSet . I will check with my users if we can share this ppt with you for better understanding.

In the meantime we have escalated to FactSet too but not yet received response.

Thanks & Regards,
