When printing out an email why don't the attachments come with it?

When I try to print an email from Outlook (desktop)to Adobe pdf. Why don't the attachments that are in the email come with it?

I never have the attachements print with the e-mail when printing an e-mail. Why should this work with printing aganst Acrobat PDF?

That is not an Acrobat functionallity but a Windows Outlook limitation.

Hi CRMS,

You may try converting email to pdf using "Convert to Adobe PDF" option and see if that helps. Right-click on one of the email > convert to Adobe PDF. Once converted, click paper clip icon in the left-hand panel to view the file attachment. To open the file, right-click > open attachment. Below is the screenshot:
