When rebooting Adobe is always standard reader...

I use Foxit Reader as standard reader, but everytime I reboot my pc, it changes to Adobe Reader instead.

Any idea how this is happening, the IT says there are no group policies on this, so where is the error ?

Please confirm if you are referring to the default application for PDF changes to Acrobat Reader.

Ensure that you have set the default application for PDF as required in the control panel settings.

However, it does not seem to be Adobe related issue.

It's when changing the default application from Adobe to Foxit and the reboot the pc, it's back on Adobe, and I have no idea why.
