When viewing PDF document, top of window is cut off.

Question

Hello all, when i open a PDF, the top 20% or so of the entire window is "cut off", not just the document, including (document name window header and file, edit, view, window, and help tabs). Along with the toolbar/sign in header and the top arrow for the scroll bar. Only way i can close it is to go down to the taskbar and right click - close. Never had this problem before today, they used to open as normal.

Looking at the information shared above, is it a specific pdf that has been cut-off or the application itself whenever opening any PDF?

If this happens with multiple PDF opened with Adobe Reader, then you may try the troubleshooting steps given below-

Install the latest update of Adobe Reader. Open Reader>Help>Check for update or refer to- DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
If this doesn't help, then Open Reader>Help>Repair Installation.
If Reader is still not launching correctly, then you may uninstall the application using cleaner tool-http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html or reinstall it- https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
