Where are my toolbar items

Hi friends!

I am experimenting with the latest version of Acrobat. I want just to get my regular toolbar (for page navigation) back. There should be a menu to add a toolbar item, right? But it is not there. If someone could walk me through this it would be great! Thank you!

You can disable the new UI.

Thank you, but there is no "hamburger" icon in the upper left corner to disable it. How else can I do it?
