Question

Where are the rest of my correspondence with the community?

Hi,

I post queries on here about help with my issues with Adobe.  Within the last week I have seen some disappear.

Also the new website set-up is horrible to navigate.

How do I get to my previous questions as I would like to know where they are and see if I have any responses.

Regards,

Same issue. My account now shows 0 posts… Which is incorrect.

Adobe Systems is in the process of fully updating these forums, and uploading content from the old system.

It seems that some of your content has fallen in the gap between what Adobe has already moved to the new forums and what it still has to update. Not to tell tales out of school, but Adobe is working to fill in the gaps, and hopefully your missing content will make the trip to the new forums soon.

Hope this helps. If not immediately, then hopefully soon.

    🤦🏻‍♂️

Well thanks for answering honestly Randy.  Definitely appreciate a genuine answer as opposed to some something robert_7335 and I will read and say, “Well that’s BS...”.

Even though it has made no change to the issue, I’ll still give this a thumbs up if for nothing else than honesty and we know what the issue is.

It’s sad that it is just another case of making changes and launching things without proper testing and due diligence.  No different than video games coming out nowadays as betas.  I want a finished product; if you’ve only half-assed it, go away and come back when it’s ready to use.  Imagine any other industry applying this mentality?

“Hey, so we’ve released a new grocery product.  If people get sick we’ll know the ingredients aren’t safe.”

    Or

“Behold, our brand-new flagship aeroplane.  We have already sold them around the globe and right now they are ferrying people across the globe through the skies...except that one. *CRASH* Aaaand that one too.  It’s ok, if enough crash we can figure out the R&D bugs from the forensic wreckage.  It’s a win/win! We sell new products, and the consumers test it for us!”    Wait, sorry that last example was no good, Boeing already did that.
