Where did the drop down feature go for e-signatures?

My "request for e-signatures" doesn't work like it did before either. I used to go to "All Tools" tab, then click on "Request e-signatures", then a window would appear where I can select the file for e-signature, input the recipient's e-mail address, and write a little message. Now, I click on "request for e-signatures" and that window no longer appears. I don't know how request e-signatures from within Adobe Standard anymore. I was able to do it from the Adobe Acrobate Home website though. Bit of an annoying work around, but it's better than nothing for now.
