Where do I find ACTION WIZARD option in new Acrobat DC? I need to upload stamps which are in .Sequ format

Search for "Use guided actions".

When Im trying to apply stamp this is showing

You're missing Preflight. I'm not sure why that would be needed to apply a stamp, though...

Also, be aware that an Action can't contain the actual stamp itself. If it's not one of the built-in stamps that come with the application you will have to also find and install it manually in order for the Action to work correctly.
