Hi,

I updated with Mac OS Sierra and I installed Acrobat DC.

When I want to scan a document with my Epson WF3520, I don't have the choice to use the scanner's native interface.

I have only one choice for the scanner (ICA).

I updated all the scanner drivers and I can use the native interface but not from Acrobat DC.

Someone has a solution?

I had no problem with Acrobat XI. I was able to choose between ICA or the native interface.

Thanks for the help.

Yes, it will work with Acrobat XI.

We will update you about Acrobat DC, once EPSON provides 64 bit TWAIN driver.

FYI, You can have both Acrobat XI and Acrobat DC installed if it helps you in other scenarios.

Thanks.

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

This is because Acrobat DC supports only 64 bit TWAIN drivers of scanners. And EPSON don't provide 64 bit drivers for WF3520 scanner. That's why you are getting only ICA driver.

Thanks,

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Is it linked with Sierra or only with Acrobat DC?

Do you think that if I install Acrobat XI it will cure my problem?

Thanks
