where is the form field called "digital signature"

My first attempt to add the "digital signature" form field, as in previous versions, and had multiple problems.

Found a similar, but not identical field that added all sorts of undesirable characteristics to the form field (email, etc.), and also did not include the customary red label in the upper left of the rectangle. One click of the mouse button inserted multiple instances of the form, with no obvious way to disable the mode of "insert field".
