did you install acrobat dc without problem?

if so, what options do you see under file>print?

Installing is part of the issue. I downloaded the free reader, but I 'had' a way of creating pdfs, so I see I paid for Adobe Acrobat Standard DC when I bought my computer (only 1 yr old) yet not sure how download that or access it or what?? I'm not a computer person, I just use them, so have very little understanding of all this. Thank for whatever you can help with.

Acrobat Standard is a different app (program) so you need to install it. That is what will add the PDF printer. You may want to get rid of Acrobat Reader as it can cause confusion.

If if you didn't get instructions to downloaded Acrobat Standard (check your email) please let us know whether you are paying for a subscription or whether you paid for a permanent license.
