Where to Find skilled AEM Developers inside EU?

Hey everyone,I'm a recruiter in the Czech Republic tasked with sourcing skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) developers and development leads. Despite the appealing nature (in my opinion) of these roles, I’m having a tough time finding qualified candidates. Are there any websites, forums, or online communities where AEM developers hang out? Any recommendations for resources or platforms where I can connect with talent in this space would be super helpful! I will gladly reply to any questions. Thanks in advance!

It's an extremely niche field. AEM forms are very rare nowadays, as they require a lot of effort to create and maintain (including purchasing AEM Designer), and they basically don't work anywhere else beside in Adobe Acrobat and Reader (and not on mobile devices), so people find them difficult to use. Basically, only big governmental institutions use them any longer, as far as I know.
