Which Acrobat plan/s include Measure tools?

Hi
Newish user. I really only need Acrobat for measuring 2D building plans for reference (not to build anything).

I can't tell which is the lowest level of plan/subscription I can do that in. If anyone can tell me that would be great. Don't really want to pay for all the bells & whistles for no reason.
