Which Adobe Acrobat DC plan to purchase

Question

What plan do I need to purchase to be able to reduce the size of pdfs? I currently have the Pro plan. I am not really interested in all the editing functions provided by the most expensive plan, and I am hoping a less expensive plan would work for me.
