Which Adobe products does the best job converting pdf's to excel spreadsheets?

Converting a pdf to excel is not a perfect science, but I'm wondering if there are any suggestions as to which Adobe product works the best.   Thanks.

There is only one Adobe product that does this, Acrobat or the cloud service equivalent that comes with an Acrobat subscription or that may be subscribed to separately. They both do exactly the same thing with the same code.
