Which app is best to use

I am a worksheet developers for Primary section of school. I sell soft copies in pdf format. So to prevent the piracy, I want following functions
1. PDF files should be ready only.
2. They should have a expiery date e.g. it will not be opened after specific date.
3. Print button is off.
I came to know that Acrobat Pro is suitable for the same. But still want to confirm. Also I dont want subscription for entire year. All my PDF files are ready. I just need to process it before sending them via email. So will it work as i will take subscription for one month, will process all pdf files. Then next subscription will be at the begining of the next academic year. I dont require these functionalities throught out the year.
I hope, I will get replies on these queries.
