    Hello @winsteaa1

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had.

Could you please share more details about the issue?

The answer depends on whether you mean your own computers or a whole organisation, so here is both.

If this is your personal subscription (which of my own machines is it on):

Sign in at https://adobe.ly/4wju3Vm (or go to https://adobe.ly/4xrvG4y > Plans and payment > Activated devices). That page lists the computers your account is currently activated on and lets you deactivate any of them.

If you are an IT admin managing licences for an organisation (Teams/Enterprise):

The Adobe Admin Console (https://adobe.ly/4xUeuoH) shows which users are assigned an Acrobat Pro licence, that is, entitlement, not which specific computers have it installed.

So to find which computers actually have Acrobat Pro installed across your fleet, use your device-management / software-inventory tooling: Microsoft Intune or Configuration Manager (SCCM) on Windows, or Jamf on Mac. Those report installed applications per machine, which is exactly the "what computers have it" list.

For more details, you can also refer to these articles:

I hope this helps, and please reach out if you need any assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.

Was the program originally installed via an Enterprise-level installer that was pushed out to the computers on a network?

OR are you asking how to tell what version is installed when working at a computer?
