Which is the Best Email to PDF Converter Software for Mac and Win?

I have used a few email to PDF softwares for Mac and Windows (for eg, PDFen.com), but none of them have performed very well. Moreover, i don't trust online tools due to data privacy. Also they does not allow to bulk convert emails to pdf, or they don't maintain the formatting, or they crash while trying to convert 20 or more files. If someone has a recommendation of a solid Email to PDF converter that works well on both Mac and Windows, I would appreciate it!

If you’re looking for a reliable email-to-PDF converter that works on both Mac and Windows, and addresses the issues you mentioned (bulk conversion, formatting preservation, stability, and privacy), you can use the Acrobat Pro DC Desktop version.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

  • Built-in feature to convert emails (including entire folders) to PDF.
  • Maintains original formatting and attachments.
  • Supports batch conversion via Outlook integration or by dragging multiple files.
  • Data remains local, minimizing privacy concerns.

I hope this helps.
