Which product do I need to create form fields in PDF's?

Title says it all folks!

I understand that I need to purchase a subscription in order to do what I want within Adobe Acrobat, I'm just unsure which subscription I really need. Here's the scoop:

I work at a dealership and I wanted to create fillable PDF's, ones that already have sections setup to receive text/number/dates. My problem is I am unsure which subscription will allow me to do that. When I look at the PDF services options, I see an "Adobe PDF Pack" as well as an "Acrobat DC Pro" option. Which will will allow me to create fillable PDF's?

I also have another question regarding mobile services. Does anyone know which service provides mobile access via app (not mobile browser, not a fan of such services) for viewing/editing/filling/signing pdf's?

Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Professional can both create forms. Acrobat Professional provides additional features that are not present in Acrobat Standard. These include Batch processing, Print Production, visual access to enter and edit document level scripts, build custom tools, compare PDFs, OCR text images to text, and check accessibility standards. . Adobe provides a this link to a comparison of products in their FAQs.

Both Standard and Professional versions are available for purchase in the "classic mode" where you need a serial number; You may need to buy the serial number through an authorized reseller.

Ok, sounds like my questions been answered, Adobe PDF Pack is a no go when trying to create fillable form fields. Thank you guys for your advice!

- You need Adobe Acrobat to create PDF form fields.

- There's a version of Adobe Acrobat (Reader) for mobile platforms. It's an app, not a browser plugin or anything like that.
