Which program should I buy - Pro or DC or XI????

I would like to buy and Adobe product that I and download to my laptop - I would like some advise on what product I would need I don't know if it's acrobat pro or acrobat XI -

I want to be able to take files - such as medical records and move pages around to organize them, be able to apply numbers and I want to be able to redact.

And I work with a Mac - can you tell me what product would allow me to do that? And I want to buy the product and not pay a monthly fee. Thank you

Just to add: DC and XI are versions. XI is obsolete. DC is available in subscription or with a permanent license (where it is called Acrobat 2017)

Forgive my ignorance .... but just to clarify. So I can purchase Acrobat DC for a one time fee and it's called Acrobat 2017.

And with Acrobat I can:

> organize files with many pages

> redact

> Number pages
