Which type of plan can I password protect with?

Does anyone know what is the cheapest plan I can have that will enable me to password protect documents for viewing and editing? I don't need any other feature of Adobe except this one but I am currently paying the most expensive plan and can't see online if there is a cheaper option?

Keep in mind that these features are "restriction", not "protection".

Real protection is expensive.

If you want an application that runs on your local machine your options are Acrobat Standard (Windows only) or Acrobat Pro.
