while creating PDF from Outlook emails, is there a way to append attachments instead of "embedding"?

I wish that all attachments of an email be printed in the same email PDF at the end, rather than getting "embedded".

Also, note that there is a bulk of hundreds of such emails spread over multiple folders. So manually printing PDFs is not an option.

Hi there

++ Adding to the discussion

If you need to convert an Outlook email to PDF with attachments, you can do this in one of two ways. You can print all attachments into PDF by selecting the attachment icon below the message header, and then selecting Attachments > Actions > Quick Print. It works exactly like printing the email itself.

Alternatively, you can use the Create PDF tool to merge your original attachments into one PDF with your email. Simply launch Acrobat, start the Create PDF tool, and drag and drop your email and attachments into the converter. You can organize and rearrange everything before finalizing the PDF.

For more info please check the steps here Convert emails to PDF in Outlook

Hope it will help

Correct, but this is a manual process. The question is about trying to do this for a large number of emails, and as the author states, "manually printing is not an option".

I am not aware of anything that would allow that.
