White Box When Emailing & Sharing

Goodmorning, 

I have a customer that is using Version 2023.008.20470 of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Terminal Server. When they tries to click the envalope icon or share icon he gets a white box and thats it. 

Sometimes when they open a pdf file a windows appears with this warning:

Possibly, valuable information: 

-Running Windows Server 2022 21H2

-Ran the repair from Programs and Features. 

-Re-installed the application, updated, disabled antivirus

-Tried the 'Uncheck online storage option' 

-Tried to install 32 and 64bit

-Tried to move the '*\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\[Version]' folder and relaunching the application

Nothing has worked. Thanks for any help.
