White pop-up appears when trying to add comments

Question

When i'm trying to add a comment through the left toolbar on giving feedback on a design we made, it spawns a big white screen covering the complete PDF view. On the right-down corner it says "cancel and
mybalancenow com send" (screenshot below is in Dutch language though). I am not able to add a text or anything. On top-right i'm able to remove the white screen pressing x. Anyone else having this issue? I'm on Acrobat version 25.1

Please let us know if the issue occurs with a particular PDF. If yes, could you please share that PDF with us?

It appears to be weird behavior. Please share the steps you do or a video showing what is happening. Also, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers. We will try to replicate this behavior to check further.
