White screen post opening adobe acrobat

Question

Hi, We install acrobat Pro from creative cloud and I have only one user running into a blank white screen once we launch adobe. No matter how we launch it, it stalls onto a blank white screen. I can CTRL + K and I have already turned of the opening feature in Preferences > General. I have also done a clean install twice, and use the adobe cleaner too to reinstall.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
