@Valerie3877152169f1Is the computer part of a work network? Or was your computer set up by another technician? Are you using the correct account when you log in to the computer?

For security reasons, if this is a dedicated computer at a company, they don't want staff to randomly install software that could have trojans, viruses, malware, or anything else that could harm the computer or network.
