Why can't a open PDF documents downloaded on my laptop anymore.

I used to be able to open saved PDF documents on my laptop, but now it just does nothing when I click on said file to open. I just installed our new Adobe licensing and thought that would fix my issue, but nothing has changed. Also, I can't save Word documents as PDF anymore. Thanks.

Are you able to open Acrobat on its own? If so, try opening the files from there (via File - Open), and also try running a Repair Installation via the Help menu.

Hello and Thank you for the prompt response. I am unable to open Acrobat, I click on the icon and nothing happens. When I try to open a PDF document, nothing happens there either. I'm at a total loss. I have installed the latest version of Adobe and that didn't correct the issue.

Uninstall it, run this tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html), then re-install it.
