Why can't Acrobat Dc standard&Pro print to network drives

I am a technical analyst junior for Public services and procurement Canada, we are in a Windows 7 environment and some clients using Acobat Dc standard & Pro version 2015.006.30119 have the problem that within office softwares like word, when trying to print toward our Adobe PDF converter we can save as to desktop no problems but we can't save to our Network drives while client with acrobat X can. Any hints about what could cause this, would it be in Acrobat Dc preferences ?

Thanks,

Found the issue, if anyone else get this problem here is the answer that worked for us on both Standard & Pro version of Acrobat DC.

Turn off "Enable advanced printing features" for Adobe PDF
Printer by right clicking on the "Adobe PDF" printer and going
to "Printer Properties" "Advanced" Tab
