Why can't I delete a Web Form in Acrobat Sign?

If you don’t see a Delete option for the Web Form, it may be because Acrobat Sign does not allow permanent deletion of that Web Form from the current interface or account role. The available option is usually to Disable the form so it can no longer be used.

I understand why that’s frustrating if you have old forms you know you’ll never use again. I’d also check whether you’re the owner of the Web Form and have the required account permissions, since administrator/ownership settings can affect which actions are available.

If you’re the owner and there is still no Delete option, it may simply be a product limitation rather than something wrong with your account. In that case, I’d suggest submitting it as a feature request to Adobe, since disabling and hiding a form is not the same as actually removing it.
