Why can't I talk with someone by phone to resolve a billing question?  I simply need to cancel the transaction listed below.

Please help by sending a phone number.  Thank you!

I am delighted to report my billing issue is being resolved!  Many thanks to Vandana, who assisted by via Chat.  The wait - which took over an hour -  was worth it!  So, if some of you w a similar billing issue, be advised not to give up.  Just plan to have other work to do in the meantime.  Thank you, Vandana!!!  Thank you, Adobe!!!
