Why do I no longer have the option to turn of Generative AI after the 7.23.26 update???

Why was the option to turn off generative AI taken away with the 7.23.26 acrobat update?! I’ve been avoiding doing any updates since that usually makes the software unusable until everyone freaks out on these forums and then they reluctantly fix it without acknowledging the issue (sometimes without even pushing an update….. explain that). So my software, v. 26.001.21677, stopped working today after Adobe pushed their latest faulty update yesterday.  Crashing, accessibility tags not tagging, the usual nonsense from Adobe.  Reluctantly I uninstalled and reinstalled the software to the latest version and low and behold….no more option to turn off AI.  ADOBE EXPLAIN YOURSELVES
